Pengaruh Inovasi Dan Kualitas Produk Terhadap Kinerja Usaha Melalui Keunggulan Bersaing (Studi Empirik Pada Usaha Minuman Sojus Di Kota Pekanbaru)

ABSTRACT
This study aims to analyze the influence of Product Innovation (X1) and Product
Quality (X2) on Business Performance (Y) through Competitive Competitiveness
(Z) Empirical study on the Sojus beverage business in Pekanbaru City. The
population in this study is consumers of Sojus beverage businesses in Pekanbaru
City. In this study, a sample of 114 respondents was obtained by the purposive
sampling method. This study uses primary data obtained from the distribution of
questionnaires distributed to consumers of Sojus beverage businesses in Pekanbaru
City. The instrument used to prove the results of the research and test the hypothesis
is using path analysis. The data analysis method uses random multiplication
(bootstrapping) with the help of Smart Partial Square (SmartPLS) software. The
results of the study show that: 1) Product innovation has a positive and significant
effect on business performance in the Sojus beverage business in Pekanbaru City,
2) Product quality has a positive and significant effect on business performance in
the Sojus beverage business in Pekanbaru City, 3) Product innovation has a
positive and significant effect on competitive advantage in the Sojus beverage
business in Pekanbaru City, 4) Product quality has a positive and significant effect
on competitive advantage in the business Sojus beverage in Pekanbaru City, 5)
Competitive advantage has a positive and significant effect on business
performance in the Sojus beverage business in Pekanbaru City, 6) Product quality
has a positive and significant effect on business performance through competitive
advantage in the Sojus beverage business in Pekanbaru City, 7) Product innovation
has a positive and significant effect on business performance through competitive
advantage in the Sojus beverage business in Pekanbaru City.
