ABSTRACT
The advancement of information technology has encouraged various business sectors to utilize web-based information systems to improve efficiency and expand marketing reach. Arif Ban, a business engaged in the sale of tires and rims, currently does not have a digital sales system to support its business processes effectively. Therefore, this study aims to design and develop a web-based sales application for tires and rims using the prototype method. The prototype method is chosen because it enables direct interaction between developers and users during the development process, making it easier to understand and implement user requirements. The application is designed with key features including product management, sales transactions, customer records, and sales reporting. The result of this research is a web-based sales application that can assist Arif Ban in managing sales processes more efficiently, enhancing customer experience, and expanding market reach. With the implementation of this system, Arif Ban is expected to compete more effectively in the digital era.
