Analisis Kapasitas Produksi Serta Perancangan Tata Letak Fasilitas Dengan Metode Systematic Layout Planning (Slp) Dan Metode 5s Untuk Meningkatkan Kinerja Pada Umkm Bumbu Masak BUYA

ABSTRACT
This research aims to measure production capacity, design facility layouts, and improve working conditions. Based on calculations, it was found that the daily production capacity of UMKM Bumbu Masak Buya can consistently reach 200 kg by following a structured work schedule. Furthermore, UMKM Bumbu Masak Buya does not yet have an organized production area layout or adequate supporting facilities. Therefore, facility layout planning was carried out using the Systematic Layout Planning (SLP) method, assisted by the Blocplan software. From the two alternative layouts produced, an analysis was conducted to determine the best layout alternative, and it was found that layout alternative 1 was selected as the best, with a total material movement distance of 17.8 meters. In addition, layout alternative 1 demonstrated a reduction in distance by 1.66 meters compared to the initial layout, which previously had a total distance of 19.46 meters. To improve the working environment, recommendations were provided to implement the 5S method at UMKM Bumbu Masak Buya. The implementation of the 5S principles is expected to enhance cleanliness, organization, and work effectiveness, as well as support the overall performance improvement of the UMKM.
