Analisis Produktivitas Mesin Digester Di Ptpn V Sei Tapung Menggunakan Metode Overall Equipment Effectiveness (Oee) Dan Failure Mode And Effect Analysis (Fmea)
ABSTRACT
This research aims to identify and calculate digester machine performance at PTPN V Sei Tapung based on Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) values and analyze damage to digester machine components using the Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) method. Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) is a method of measuring the overall effectiveness of a production machine which involves measuring the level of effectiveness over time, the level of machine performance, and the level of quality of the product produced. Then FMEA processing is carried out, which is a methodology used to evaluate failures that occur in a system, design, process or service. Analysis for 6 months showed that the OEE value for digester I was 83.83%, digester II was 82.65%. Digester III was 79.42, digester IV was 75.04%, digester V was 84.80%, digester VI was 71.47%, digester VII was 81.18%, and digester VII was 69.11%. Of the eight digester machines, not one machine meets the OEE word class standard, namely 85%. In calculating the FMEA value, it was found that the component that has the main priority in carrying out maintenance is the stirring arm with an RPN value of 160.
