Supervision of unregistered food and beverages is important to protect the public from risky products. BBPOM Pekanbaru presents a web-based information system as a means of fast and easy complaints for the public. This system facilitates reporting of suspicious products and assists officers in managing reports efficiently. This innovation is expected to increase collaboration between the public and BBPOM and strengthen efforts to create safe and reliable food consumption. This study uses the waterfall method in creating a food and beverage complaint system using UML (Unified Modeling Language), namely: Use Case Diagram, Sequence Diagram, and Class Diagram.
