ABSTRACT
This study aims to determine the effect of money supply and economic growth on
inflation in Riau province in 2013-2023. The variables in this study are money
supply (X1) and economic growth (X2) as independent variables and inflation (Y)
as the dependent variable. The data used in this research is secondary data obtained
through the official web from BPS Riau Province and Bank Indonesia. The method
used is descriptive quantitative with multiple linear regression analysis tools
processed using the IBM SPSS 24 programme. The results showed that
simultaneously the independent variables in the form of money supply and
economic growth had a significant effect on the dependent variable of inflation in
Riau Province in 2013-2023. Partially (1) the variable money supply has a positive
and significant effect on inflation with a coefficient of 0.135 and a significance of
