Analisis Tingkat Risiko Manual Handling Dan Musculoskeletal Disorder Pada Karyawan Bagian Roustabout Pt. Bdsi (Pt. Bohai Drilling Service Indonesia)

ABSTRACT
This study aims to determine the level of risk of manual handling and musculoskeletal disorder in roustabout employees of PT BDSI (PT BOHAI DRILLING SERVICE INDONESIA). The population in this study were roustabout employees who had worked for more than 1 year, totaling 100 employees with a sample of 50 people determined by purposive sampling technique. This study uses a descriptive type quantitative method with data collection through questionnaires processed by the LMM and NBM methods. The results of this study indicate the level of risk experienced by current roustabout employees is in the high risk level category with category 3 for manual handling and category 2 for musculoskeletal disorder. So it is recommended that there is an improvement in the work position, it is recommended that the use of transport aids and the provision of relaxation pauses while working.
