“Analisis Pengaruh Perbedaan Tekanan Pada Cleaner Terhadap Fiberloss Dan Dirt Count Pada Produk Yang Dihasilkan Di Pulp Dryer”
ABSTRACT
This study aims to analyze the effect of pressure differences on fiber loss and dirt
count in pulp products. Pressure is one of the important parameters in the fiber
washing and refining process, which can affect the efficiency of dirt separation
and the quality of the fiber produced. The method used in this study is
experimental with certain pressure variations at the relevant process stages. The
data obtained are then analyzed quantitatively to see the relationship between
pressure, fiber loss, and dirt count. From the results obtained, the higher the ΔP
value, the lower the fiber loss value, this is because the difference in inlet and
outlet pressure on the cleaner is greater, while for dirt count the results are
relatively the same, whether the ΔP value is high or low.
Keywords: pressure, fiber loss, dirt count, pulp, process optimization.
