Kinerja Pertumbuhan Ikan Gurami (Osphronemus Goramy) Yang Diberi Boster Grotop Dengan Dosis Berbeda Pada Pemeliharaan Sistem Resirkulasi
This study aimed to identify the most effective Grotop booster dosage in stimulating the growth of gourami (Osphronemus goramy) cultivated using a recirculation system. The research was conducted from November 2024 to January 2025 at the Cultivation Technology Laboratory, Faculty of Fisheries and Marine Sciences, University of Riau. The experimental design used was a Completely Randomized Design (CRD), consisting of five treatments, each replicated three times. The treatments included the addition of Grotop booster to the feed at doses of 0 g/kg, 40 g/kg, 45 g/kg, 50 g/kg, and 55 g/kg. A total of 300 gourami fry measuring 5–7 cm were used in this study, with a density of 20 fry per aquarium measuring 60 × 40 × 40 cm. The results of statistical analysis showed that differences in Grotop booster doses had a significant effect (P0.05). Treatment with a dose of 50 g/kg feed produced the best results, with an absolute weight of 9.35±0.04 g, an absolute length of 3.87±0.14 cm, a specific growth rate of 3.73±0.02%, a feed efficiency of 66.94±12.58%, a feed conversion ratio of 1.52±0.26, a survival rate of 83.33±2.88%, and a feed digestibility of 64%.
