Based on data analysis and discussion, this study can be concluded that, The level of Library Service of SDN 020 Sibuak Village, Tapung District, Kampar Regency is in the high category with a mean value of 3.73. Each indicator of library service with a high interpretation is the library collection with a mean of 3.75 and a standard deviation of 0.59, the attitude of librarians with a mean of 3.66 and a standard deviation of 0.72 and the quality of service with a mean of 3.80 and a standard deviation of 0.48. So it can be seen that the highest library service indicator at SDN 020 Sibuak Village, Tapung District, Kampar Regency is the quality of service with a mean value of 3.80 and a standard deviation of 0.48 with a high category. The level of character of students' love of reading at SDN 020 Sibuak Village, Tapung District, Kampar Regency is 3.92. Each indicator of character fond of reading with high and very high interpretations, namely library visits with a mean of 4.02 and a standard deviation of 0.55, spending time reading with a mean of 3.90 and a standard deviation of 0.51 and a desire to read with a mean of 3.79 and a standard deviation of 0.81. So it can be seen that the highest indicator of character fond of reading in students of SDN 020 Sibuak Village, Tapung District, Kampar Regency is library visits with a mean value of 4.02 and a standard deviation of 0.55 with a very high category. A significant and positive contribution was obtained between the Library Service variable (X) on the Character fond of reading (Y) of Sibuak Village officials, Tapung District, Kampar Regency, which had a large influence of 57.40% with a moderate interpretation, and there was still 42.60% which was determined by other factors and was not part of this study. This influence is illustrated by every one unit increase in Library Service Pattern (X) followed by Character of liking to read (Y) of 4.02 one unit. With the Pearson product moment correlation value between Library Service (X) followed by Character of liking to read (Y) of 0.757 and sig (2-Tailed) 0.000. In addition, it is hoped that librarians can better maintain or improve the quality of the library library so that the character of liking to read students can be further increased. Furthermore, in supporting the progress of library services, Students of SDN 020 Sibuak Village, Tapung District, Kampar Regency so that the character of liking to read is maintained and even increased higher than before.
