Identifikasi Tungau Debu Rumah Di Tempat Tinggal Pasien Asma Rawat Inap Rsud Arifin Achmad Provinsi Riau Tahun 2015

Asthma is a heterogeneous disease which characterized by chronic airway inflamation and has close relationship with allergy and affected 1-18% human populations from different countries. Asthma can be triggered by variety of factors, but indoor allergens sensititation was believed have the most important role as triggered factor of asthma. House dust mites are indoor allergen which have strong relationship with asthma recurrence. House dust mites usually found in home and they are many in bed, sofa, carpet and blanket. The aim of this study was to identification house dust mites in residence of hospitalized asthma patients RSUD Arifin Achmad of Province Riau 2015. This study was using descriptive cross-sectional method that started from July-December 2016. This study samples are all of asthma patients RSUD Arifin Achmad of Province Riau 2015 which included into inclution and exclution criteria as much as 30 patients. Most patients are female, aged group 18-45 and >45 years old, worked as a house wife and there is a family history. Old of maintainability average astma patients is 4,57(5) days. The most risk factor which triggered asthma is physical activity with a percentage of 76,7%. The most degree of asthma patients are intermittent with a percentage of 46.7%. All of asthma patient residences positive house dust mites. House dust mites found in all of family rooms and bed rooms. 80% asthma patient residence belong to healthy residence criteria.
