Perception is a psychological and cognitive process of individual to give the meaning of the experienced or something to watch by used the tools of sense, and then entered and processing in the brain. The learning of medical skill is a studying system that pressing by practical guidance and involved the series of audio visual and technological computerized. This research have purpose to get the data and information about students' perception in studying medical skill at the Faculty of Medical University of Riau from the planning, implementation and evaluation’s side. This research took a place at the Faculty of Medical University of Riau according to quantitative description with the cross sectional approach. The samples in this research were the first year students, the second and the third years with the samples size at least two hundred and seven (207) peoples. Data were collected by using a questionnaire. The result of this research were the students' perceptions about studying medical skill at the Faculty of Medical University of Riau from planning’s side had one hundred twenty one (121) peoples with the percentage fifty eight point forty five (58.45%), the implementation’s side had one hundred forty five (145) peoples with the percentage seventy point zero five (70.05%) and from the evaluation’s side had one hundred twenty three (123) peoples with the percentage fifty nine point forty two (59.42%).
