Renal cancers are estimated about 2-3% of all worldwide human cancers and over 90% of renal cancers are renal cell carcinomas (RCCs). Treatment options chosen by urologists are based on oncological and quality of life outcomes. Surgical resection remains the effective option for localized and advanced RCC. The definite consensus of follow-up guideline is not yet established because of heterogeneous guidelines among many institutions. This cross-sectional study collected and presented incident rate, treatment options, and follow-up data of RCC patients in January 2010 up to December 2016. The result showed there were 13 patients of RCC, consisting of 53,85% male and 46,15% female. RCC was frequently diagnosed in the 45-54 age group (46,15%). All of patients had advanced stage RCC. Radical nephrectomy was mostly done for treating RCC (92,31%). Patients usually came with flank pain symptoms (76,92%) then gross haematuria, flank mass and systemic symptoms, these symptoms were not found after treatment. All of patients had normal blood urea nitrogen (BUN) and serum creatinine levels at the beginning and these levels were kept normal until the first month of follow-up.
