Gambaran Kepuasan Pasien Tuberkulosis Paru Terhadap Pelayanan Pengobatan Strategi Directly Observed Treatment Short-Course Di Puskesmas Rawat Jalan Sidomulyo Pekanbaru
Quality health services of community health care can be measured one of them by knowing patient satisfaction on the treatment service. As one of the community health care with the highest number of pulmonary tuberculosis cases in Pekanbaru, Sidomulyo Outpatient Public Health Center needs to evaluate the health service by assessing patient's satisfaction. The purpose of this research is to know the description of patient satisfaction of pulmonary tuberculosis to direct observed treatment short-course (DOTS) treatment service at Sidomulyo Pekanbaru Puskesmas outpatient. The type of this research is descriptive with observational approach. The population was all patients with pulmonary tuberculosis aged 17-65 years. The sample was 28 patients with pulmonary tuberculosis with total sampling method. The researchers used a patient satisfaction questionnaire of pulmonary tuberculosis to assess the level of patient satisfaction. The results of this study is the level of satisfaction on assurance variables, empathy, facilities, responsiveness and reliability included in the category is very satisfactory. In conclusion, overall satisfaction level of DOTS treatment service in Sidomulyo Pekanbaru Outpatient Health Center included in the category is very satisfactory.
