Gambaran Histopatologi Kornea Mencit Putih (Mus musculus) Setelah Pemberian Paparan Asap Pembakaran
Wildfire is a forest damage phenomenon because of uncontroll fire. Wildfire can make smoke appear. The smoke contain such as carbon dioxide (CO2), carbon monoxide (CO), sulphur dioxide (SO2), nitrogen dioxide (NO2), particullate matter (PM) and volatile organic compound (VOC) can make irritated eyes and Dry Eye Disease (DED). The purpose of this research is to know histopathology image of cornea in white mice (Mus musculus) after smoke burning exposure. This study was experimental with post test only control group approach. This research using 20 mice with 2-3 months aged male mice which divided into 4 groups randomly and treat for 1 week. Kontrol (K) was not given smoke burning exposure. Smoke burning exposure was given to treatment 1 (P1) for 10 minutes/days, treatment 2 (P2) for 15 minutes/days and treatment 3 (P3) for 20 minutes/days. The parameter using in this research are thick of corneal layers epithellium and accumulation of inflammation cell in all mice that saw in 10 field view. The statistic of One Way Anova test result at cornea epithellium shows (p
