Gambaran Pemeriksaan Fungsi Hati Pada Pasien Sirosis Hepatis Yang Dirawat Inap Dibagian Penyakit Dalam Rsud Arifin Achmad Provinsi Riau Periode 2013-2015

Hepatic cirrhosis is an end-stage liver fibrosis progressive diffuse process which is characterized by the existence of a distortion of the lobular architecture is breathtaking and the establishment of regenerative nodules. The purpose of this research was to know the description of examination of liver function in patients of hepatic cirrhosis when treated at the Arifin Achmad hospital in Riau Province from 1 January 2013 until 31 December 2015 based on age, gender AST, ALT, albumin, total bilirubin HbsAg, and HVC. This research was conducted at the RSUD Arifin Achmad Riau Province in March 2017. The samples in this research is as much as 211 people. The results showed on the basis of age category is the most 25-65 of the year a number of 188 men (89.1%), most of which is gender male category a number of 135 people (63.98%) AST showed an increase of more than 45 u/L number of 162 people (77.14%) ALT showed an increase of more than 35 u/L number of 146 people (69.52%),
