Gambaran Penatalaksanaan Batu Buli Di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Arifin Achmad Provinsi Riau Periode 2011-2016
Bladder stone or vesicolithiasis is one of the most common problem in the urinary tract. Therefore it is important to know the profile of management on bladder stone by gender, age, clinical symptom, examination of radiology, stone size, number of stones and type of stone. This research is a descriptive study. The research took placed in Arifin Achmad regional general hospital of Riau Province involving 169 patient medical records by total sampling. The result showed that bladder stone cases occurred mostly at the average age of 50-59 years old which was 32% with a ratio of male and female was 26 : 1. The most frequent (32%) symptoms discovered were disuria. The most (36.1%) used radiology imaging was Intravenous Urography (IVU). Patients comobidities most cases 42.6% of Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia (BPH) patients. Most frequent (45%) stone size was 20-40 mm. During the examination there were more patients with single stone compared to than multiple stones with a ratio of 3,9 : 1. From the radiology imaging, radioopaque stone was the most common stone found (94.1%). Minimal invasive was the most frequent treatment for bladder stone ( 60.9%).
