Karakteristik Pasien Sindroma Koroner Akut Di Rsud Arifin Achmad Provinsi Riau Periode 2014 - 2016

Acute coronary syndrome is a sudden blockage process of blood vessels in the heart, with a thrombosis that reduces the blood supply to the heart muscle. This research aims to determine characteristics of patients with Acute Coronary Syndrome in RSUD Arifin Achmad of Riau Province Period 2014-2016. This research is a quantitative research with descriptive method to show characteristics of patients with diagnosis of Acute Coronary Syndrome on period 2014-2016. The result is 149 cases of SKA as many as UAP (60.4%), STEMI (31.5%), and NSTEMI (8.1%). There were 107 cases of man from 45–70 years old (71.8%) and 42 cases of woman from 51–66 years old (28.2%). Hypertension history (58.4%), diabetes mellitus (18.8%), dyslipidemia (35.6%). The patient lived are 145 people and died in the hospital are 4 people and who suffered a failure of 30 people.
