Karakteristik Pasien Kanker Kandung Kemih Stadium Lanjut Yang Mendapatkan Radioterapi Di Rsud Arifin Ahmad Pekanbaru Tahun 2011-2015

Bladder cancer is a cancer that developed in bladder tissue characteristically with painless and intermitten hematuria. Bladder cancer is 2% and second most malignancy in urology. The purpose of this study was to know characteristic bladder cancer who underwent radiotheraphy in Arifin Achmad General hospital Riau Regency. This study was a descriptif retrospective study which data was obtained from medical record. Data was obtained and processed from center of medical record installation of Arifin achmad general hospital Riau from 2011 to 2015. There was 77 case of bladder cancer consisted 31 patients with superficial bladder cancer and 46 patients with advanced stage bladder cancer. The results showed that 39% of patient with bladder cancer was in age 61-70 years old, the most common case in male 73%, and based on histopathology examination, the most common bladder cancer was trantitional cel carcinoma that occurred in 39 case and two of them was adenocarcinoma. There was 30 patients who underwent radiotheraphy treatment in Arifin Achmad General hospital in 2011 to 2015.
