Gambaran Fungsi Ginjal Pada Pasien Rawat Inap Dengan Gagal Jantung Di Rsud Arifin Achmad Provinsi Riau Periode 1 Januari-31 Desember 2016

Heart Failure (HF) become a serious health problem nowadays. Hemodynamic relation between heart and renal called Cardiorenal connector is responsible for worsening renal function. HF that causes worsening of renal function belongs to the category of Cardiorenal Syndrome (CRS). Worsening renal function can be seen from creatinine serum levels, if creatinine serum levels increase, thus renal function decrease and inversely to Gromerulo Filtration Rate (GFR). The objective of this study was to describe renal function among hospitalized patients with HF. This study was done with quantitative method was obtained from medical records. The result of this study was found as much as 110 patients fulfill the inclusion criteria. More half patents (about 75.4%) had worsening renal function, 33.6% had mild worsening renal function, 30.9% had moderate worsening renal function, and 10.9% severe worsening renal function.
