Profil Pasien Uropati Obstruktif Pasca Pembebasan Sumbatan Di Rsud Arifin Achmad Pekanbaru Tahun 2010-2015
Obstrurctive uropathy is an obstructive condition of urinary due to structural changes and function. Prolonged obstruction of urinary tract may damage renal parencyhm and disrupt its function. Removing the urinary tract obstruction can improve renal function by 30 to 80%. This study purpose was to present profile of patient with obstructive uropathy that treated by removing renal stone or ureter stone. This study was descriptive cross sectional study where data was obtained from central surgical instrallation in Arifin Achmad general hospital from 2010 to2015. The total data was 62 data. The result of this study showed that obstructive uropathy most common occurred in age 35-54 years old and male more common than female with ratio was 5:4,3. Most common obstructive uropathy cause was ureter stone (40 cases). There were 44 cases that showed high creatinin serum levels and 18 cases with high ureum levels. Ureterolithotomy was the most common intervention that was done in these patients (40 cases).
