Profil Perlukaan Anus Pada Kasus Pencabulan Terhadap Anak Yang Diperiksa Di Rumah Sakit Bhayangkara Pekanbaru Periode 2013-2017

The more complex of human society, the more crime will happen, one of the crimes is obscenity. Victims of obscenity are not only from adults, it has been spreaded into teenagers, even to children under age. The consequences of child abuse can lead to its own problems for the future development of the child. In addition, some of suspect would do sexual abuse through anus. Anus is not created to be used for sexual intercourse. Penetration of the object into anus by force without a lubricant will cause anus injured. The results of the study by Visum et Repertum (VeR) shows that in 2013 to 2017 there are 334 cases of sexual abuse against children, with the highest number of events in 2016 and 2017. Based on the most sexes are women that is 302 cases (90.4%) with age range 13-15 years (29.9%) or as a junior high school student. The examination of the anus was mostly normal (76.5%) and there were 17 injured cases on the anus, 10 of which suffered scratch. The origin of the police most asked for the making of VeR for child abuse is Pekanbaru City Police (62%).
