Gambaran Fournier’s Gangrene Di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Arifin Achmad Provinsi Riau Tahun 2012-2017
Fournier’s gangrene is synergistic polymicrobial necrotizing fasciitis of perineum of the perineum and genitalia. It can progress to a fulminant soft tissue infection that spread rapidly along fascial planes, causing necrosis of the skin, subcutaneous soft tissue, and fasia, associated systemic sepsis. Important to know the profile of Fournier’s gangrene by age, etiology, bacterial invasion, underlying disorders, clinical symptom, examination of radiology and laboratory, management, and complication. This research used a descriptive study. The research was conducted in Arifin Achmad Regional General Hospital in Pekanbaru of Riau Province involving 19 patient medical records by total sampling. The result showed that Fournier’s gangrene cases occurred mostly in age 56-65 years old which was 8 (42,1%) case. Most frequent etiology was Fournier’s gangrene is urogenital in 15 (78,9%) case. Acinetobacter baumannii was most invasion of bacteria is which was 5 case. Most underlying disorders is elderly age in 10 case. Puss on the scrotal was most frequent symptom in 10 case. The most used examination laboratory was puss for bacterial cultures in 14 case. The main of treatment for Fournier’s gangrene was initial and preoperative management which was 19 case. The complication of Fournier’s gangrene were acute complication are sepsis 5(26,3%) case. From this research we can conclude that Fournier’s gangrene cases occurred mostly in elderly age which most invasion of bacteria is Acinetobacter baumannii and the most common invasion bacteria is Acinetobacter baumanii..
