Hematuria Dan Proteinuria Pre-Nefrektomi Dan Histopatologi Pasca Nefrektomi Pada Penyakit Nefropati Di Rsud Arifin Achmad Provinsi Riau Tahun 2011-2017
Nephropathy is an end stage of renal failure caused by glomerular and non glomerular diseases. This study had an aimed to know the profiles of nephropathy post nephrectomy by age, gender, clinical syndrome, cause, urinalysis examination, and histopathology examination. This descriptive study was conducted in Arifin Achmad Regional General Hospital of Riau Province. There were 58 cases fulfilled the inclusion criteria. The result showed that nephropathy post nephrectomy occurred mostly at average age 40-59 years old (58,6%) with most frequent in males (53,4%). The most frequent clinical syndrome discovered were chronic glomerulonephritis (48,3%). Most of the cases etiology were classified non-glomerular diseases (63,8%). Mostly patient were having microscopic haematuria (39,7%) and proteinuria Grade 2 (++) (31,7%). The histopathologic features showed interstitial fibrosis is the common one (66,7%).
