Gambaran Penatalaksanaan Hipospadia Di Rsud Arifin Achmad Provinsi Riau Periode 2011-2017
Hypospadias is the second most common congenital anomaly after cryptorchidism. Although hypospadias does not cause dead, the incidence increase every year. Therefore, it is important to know the profile of management on hypospadias by age, classification of hypospadias, clinical symptom, management, the number of treatment, complication and associated anomalie. This research is a descriptive study. The research took placed in Arifin Achmad general hospital of Riau Province involving 73 patient medical records by total sampling. The result showed that hypospadias cases occured mostly at the avarage age of 12-16 years old with 30 (41,1%) patients. The most type of hypospadias were posterior with 44 (60,3%) patients. There were 43 (59,9%) patient hypospadias with chordee. The most frequent treatment for hypospadias was one stage with the number 57 (78,1%). Posterior hypospadias was the most type in the management of one stage with 34 (46,6%). The most quantity of action in treatment was one times with a total of 34 (46.6%) people. Urethrocutaneous fistula was the most common complication which was 12 (6,4%). The most assosiated anomali in this study were undensensus testis which was 5 (6,8%). Posterior hypospadias was the most common type found in Arifin Achmad general hospital of Riau Province with one stage as treatment.
