Profil Pasien Hemodialisis Inisiasi Di Rsud Arifin Achmad Provinsi Riau Periode Januari – Desember 2017
Hemodialysis is the process of separation, filtering, or cleansing of blood through a semipermeable membrane in patients with renal failure, both acute and chronic. Hemodialysis indications for both diseases is clinical conditions in addition to laboratory results. The purpose of this study was to find out The profile of initiation hemodialysis patients in RSUD ArifinAchmad Riau Province Period January-December 2017. This is a retrospective descriptive using medical record. The sample used is 94 samples. The number of male patients was higher than female patients (60.6%). Most age groups were 40-59 years (57.4%). Most blood pressure state is degree 2 hypertension (46,8%). Most clinical symptoms were dyspnea (68.1%). The results are 92.55% of patients had anemia, 50% had hyperkalemia, 56.4% had hyponatremia, 41.5% had acidosis. Patients consisted of 81.9% CKD, and 18.1% AKI. the main diagnoses of major diseases for CKD were hypertension (50.65%) and for AKI were postrenal (47.06%).
