Gambaran Histopatologi Mukosa Gaster Mencit ( Mus Musculus ) Jantan Setelah Pemaparan Paraquat
One of the most commonly used herbicide is paraquat. Paraquat poisoning has been reported to be due to non-adhering use and the lack of personal protective equipment used. The ingested paraquat can damage to the digestive organs such as gaster. The purpose of this study was to examine the histopathological changes in gastric mucosal mice (Mus musculus) after paraquat exposure. This research was an experimental research with post test only with control group design and using 15 mice as sample which were divided into 5 groups. One group was control. Four groups as treatment group were exposed to different doses of paraquat, 25 mg / kgBW / day, 50 mg / kgBW / day, 75 mg / kgBW / day and 100 mg / kgBW / day for 7 days with spraying. Analysis of the data using One Way ANOVA and Kruskal-Wallis test as an alternative. The results of this study showed desquamation and erosion mucosa gastric on histopathology overview of the treatment groups with a score that increases with increasing the dose given. This study also showed a significant correlation between histopathological damage of gastric of mice (Mus musculus) with graded doses of paraquat exposure for 7 days (p=0.010). In conclusion, there was significant changes in gastric histopathology overview of mice (Mus musculus) after paraquat exposure for 7 days.
