Gambaran Histopatologi Pasien Nefrektomi Karena Obstruksi Ginjal Di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Arifin Achmad Provinsi Riau Tahun 2012-2017
Chronic kidney disease (CKD) is a health problem in many countries with high mortality. PGK is caused by pre-renal, renal and post-renal disorders. The post-renal cause is obstruction. Kidney obstruction is a condition of blockage of the kidney channel functionally or anatomically due to various causes, so that there will be disruption of urine flow. If left untreated properly can cause irreversible kidney damage. In the final stages Nephrectomy procedures should be performed on kidney obstruction, nephrectomy may be performed when only one kidney is obstructed while the other has normal function characterized by normal levels of urea and creatinine. The kidneys that have been removed will be histopathological examination. There are chronic inflammatory, glomerulosclerotic, interstitial fibrosis, tubular atrophy. The purpose of this study was to find out how the description of kidney obstruction based on sex, age, urea level, creatinine level, etiology, histopathology picture. The type of research used is descriptive research. The research location is located at Arifin Achmad Hospital, Riau Province with total sample of 77.
