Perubahan Kadar Ureum Dan Kreatinin Sebelum Dan Sesudah Pembebasan Batu Ginjal Dan Batu Ureter Serta Faktor Yang Mempengaruhi Fungsi Ginjal Pada Pasien Uropati Obstruktif Di Rsud Arifin Achmad Provinsi Riau Periode 2011-2016
Renal and ureter stone can lead to obstructive uropathy. Obstructive uropathy is obstruction of urinary flow anywhere in urinary tract and it can affect renal function. Release of obstruction will improve renal function. The purpose of this study is to see the alteration of ureum and creatinine level before and after stone removal and charactritic of factors that influence renal function. We reviewed medical records of obstructive uropathy patients underwent renal and ureter stone removal in Arifin Achmad Regional General Hospital, Pekanbaru, Riau Province, Indonesia in 2011-2016. Statistical analysis of univariate and bivariate were used. There were 30 sample of patients in this study. The majority of the patients were male (70%) and in age group 40-49 (36.7%). Renal stone was the most done to be removed 9 (30%). There were significant difference between urea (p=0.003), creatinine (p=0.005) level, and eGFR (estimated glomerular filtration rate) (p=0.0001) before and after renal and ureter stone removal. Most of the patients 25 (83.3%) had improved urea, creatinine level, and eGFR. Among of them had ≤14 days as the most common duration of obstruction in 12 (48%) patients, moderate as the most frequent grade of hydronephrosis in 14 (56%) patients and 14-18 mm as the major renal parenchymal thickness in 14 (56%) patients. Keyword: obstructive uropathy, ureum, creatinine, stone, hydronephrosis
