Gambaran Kualitas Hidup Pasien Ppok Dengan Menggunakan Kuesioner Cat Di Poli Paru Rsud Arifin Achmad Provinsi Riau

Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD) is projected to increase in the coming decades because of continued exposure to risk factors COPD and population aging. Therefore, the purpose of using the CAT questionnaire is to evaluate the description of quality of life of COPD patients in Pulmonary Polyclinic of Arifin Achmad of Riau Province. This research was carried out in Pulmonary Polyclinic of Arifin Achmad of Riau Province using analytic survey cross sectional design. The sample of this study was Stable COPD patients who had fulfilled the inclusion and exclusion criteria using accidental sampling method with 60 respondents. The result of this study that received from CAT questionnaire, which was based on the most data analysis, age> 60 (78,26%). male gender (78,43%). not working (75%). high school education level (76,67%). and non-smoking status (76,67%). In general, the quality of COPD patients life is good (88,33%). the quality life is not good (11,67%). Keywords: quality of life, COPD, CAT questionnaire
