Gambaran Ketersediaan Sumber Daya Manusia Kesehatan Dalam Menunjang Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Di Puskesmas Sidomulyo Rawat Jalan Kota Pekanbaru

Public health centre which its function is to increase public health needs availability of human health resources. This research objective was to investigate the availability of human resources at Sidomulyo Public Health Centre in Pekanbaru. The research design used descriptive-qualitative involving six core informants representing society and ten key informants from public health centre. The data were collected through in-depth interview. The research result revealed that the availability of human health resources viewed from its number and category had been proportional as indicated by two to three health officials from variety heatlh divisions.On aspect of community empowerment model viewed from its socialization, was conducted health guidance, health training for represented society provided monthly base at UKBM or at public health centre by health officials. Meawhile partnership development was carried out for society development within various aspects of supporting partnership on empowerment society’s activities. In addition, the needs of sustainable programs were implemented based on activity evaluation for conducting program sustainability. Then, as a coach community and community program manager roles had been conducted by visiting the societies and by conducting planned empowerment society activities so that the society empowerment programs could be achieved. The research result showed that the availability of human health resources in supporting community empowerment had advocated the implementation of community empowerment programs. However, a schedule for persons who support society empowerment and MoU between public health and its partneships are still lacking, nevertheless, these are not obstacles for implementing the society empowerment.
