ABSTRACT
A planner is required to be able to design with high efficiency,
efficiency, and aesthetic results. Many aspects must be considered when designing
a construction, one of which is the load. The effect of earthquake loads is one of
the important things to analyze because the effects on buildings can be harmful to
humans. Therefore, a good design is needed in order to reduce the level of
accidents and losses caused.
In this final project, the building being reviewed is a 2-story building
which is the Military District Command Headquarters (MAKODIM) 0301
Pekanbaru. The calculation of the structure refers to SNI 2847-2013 for
reinforced concrete designs, SNI 1726-2012 for designs against earthquakes and
SNI 1727-2013 for loading on structures. The calculation of the building structure
is reviewed for dead loads, live loads and earthquake loads. Calculations carried
out include elements of plates, beams, columns. The ETABS v9.6.0 application is
used to assist the calculation of forces in structural elements. The structure uses
the Ordinary Moment Resistant Frame System (SPRMB), where there are no
special rules that must be met. Pile foundations are used because they are suitable
for soft soil conditions in Pekanbaru City with the carrying capacity of which is
mostly obtained from the adhesion of the piles to the soil.
