Pola Operasi Waduk Sei Ladi Guna Memenuhi Kebutuhan Air Baku Kota Batam
ABSTRACT
Reservoir is a storage medium and water reservoir when it rains season
and as a medium for water supply to meet water needs during the dry season, both
for raw water needs, hydropower, irrigation and tourism. One of a reservoirs that
functions as a reservoir and storage medium as well as provider of raw water
demand in Indonesia is the Sei Ladi reservoir which is located in Lubuk Baja
Subdistrict, Batam, Riau Islands. The continuous discharge of water from the
reservoir without regulation of water discharge can cause the reservoir to
experience shortages water availability. Study to determine the amount of
discharge available and the regulation of water discharge or reservoir operating
patterns. In this study, data collection through BMKG online data and literature
studies from previous studies. The method used in this study is the Modified
Penman method, FJ. Mock and reservoir simulation method with three thresholds
namely wet condition limit, normal condition limit, and dry condition limit. The
results obtained from this study are in the form of a rule curve that presents the
regulation of expenditure or pattern of reservoir operation so that the reservoir
does not experience a lack of water availability or water deficit and the reservoir
can carry out its function as a reservoir and storage media and provider of raw
water needs.
