Implementasi Program Pemberdayaan Fakir Miskin Melalui Kelompok Usaha Bersama (KUBE) Di Kecamatan Bengkalis

Efforts to overcome poverty reduction through empowerment have been
implemented by the government through various existing programs. One of these
programs is the productive economic business development program through
joint business groups (KUBE), how to implement the empowerment program for
the poor through the KUBE program, especially in Bengkalis District, Bengkalis
Regency.
The purpose of this study was to determine how the implementation of the
KUBE program in Bengkalis District. This research uses a qualitative research
method, namely through interviews with informants, namely the Head of the
Handling of the Poor at the Bengkalis District Social Service, KUBE assistants
and KUBE members in Bengkalis District.
he results of this research indicate that the implementation of the joint
business group (KUBE) program is in accordance with Merilee S. Grindle's
theory of policy implementation, where in the Content of policy category it is not
completely good then Context Of Policy is quite good.
