Faktor-Faktor Yang Mempengaruhi Permintaan Dan Keunggulan Industri Rumah Makan Vegetarian Di Kota Pekanbaru
ABSTRACT
This study aims to determine the effect of price, income, and tastes on the demand for vegetarian restaurants in Pekanbaru City and to determine the competitive advantages of vegetarian restaurants in Pekanbaru City. The sampling method used in this study was purposive sampling for qualitative research and a total sample of 3 vegetarian restaurants, random sampling for the quantitative method and a total sample of 98 consumers of vegetarian restaurants. The data used in this study are primary data using multiple linear regression methods and Resource Based View (RBV) analysis. The analytical tool used in this study is SPSS. The results of this study explain that there is a significant influence between price (X1), income (X2), and taste (X3) on the demand for vegetarian restaurants. The dominant factor influencing the demand for vegetarian restaurants is the price variable. The independent variables affect the dependent variable (R2) by 60.5% while the remaining 39.5% are influenced by other variables not examined.
