PERFORMA CHLORINE DIOXSIDE TERHADAP DO DAN EOP STAGE PADA UNIT BLEACHING FIBERLINE #2
The bleaching process is a process to chemically remove materials or dyes from the
pulp to increase the degree of brightness. This research aims to determine the
brightness performance against chlorine dioxide (ClO2), production rate,
temperature at the initial dioxide (DO) stage, brightness performance against
hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) peroxide oxidation extraction stage (EOP). The
parameters used include chlorine dioxide, production rate, temperature, hydrogen
peroxide, and as an independent variable is brightness. The research results show
that the brightness performance against chlorine dioxide, production rate,
temperature at the highest brightness is 73.6% ISO, 23.8 kg/adt, 2,346 adt, 68 oC.
while when the brightness is low it is 70.5% ISO, 19.4 kg/adt, 2,903 adt, 73 oC.
The brightness performance of H2O2 is higher. The higher the H2O2 brightness
produced. Mark
