Analisis Kebutuhan Dan Kualitas Pelayanan Parkir Di Rumah Sakit Awal Bros Panam Kota Pekanbaru
ABSTRACK
Awal Bros Panam Hospital in Pekanbaru City is a healthcare provider serving the public. To supportits medical services, parking demand and facilities play acritical role and must be properly addressed. There are several identified issues, including vehicles parking outside the designated hospital premises and the absence of parking space markings in certain areas. These issues may significantly impact the quality of parking services at Awal Bros Panam Hospital in Pekanbaru City. This study aims to analyze the characteristics and demand for parking, evaluate the current and planned parking patterns, forecast parking needs for the next 5 and 10 years, and assess parking service quality. The research methods used include the maximum accumulation difference method to determine parking demand, and the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) method to evaluate parking service quality. The analysis shows that the existing parking capacity at Awal Bros Panam Hospital does not meet current demand, with a parking index exceeding 100%. The peak parking index occurred on Saturday, reaching 102% for motorcycles and 111%for cars. Based onmultipleconsiderations, themost suitable planned parking layout involves a combination of 90°, 60°, and 45° angles for motorcycles, resulting in a total of 577 parking space units and 90° and 60° angles for cars, resulting in 275 parking space units. This configuration is projected to meet the hospital’s parking needs for the next 5 years, but will not suffice for the next 10 years. An analysis of parking service quality using the Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA) method indicates that the overall quality of parking services at Awal Bros Panam Hospital in Pekanbaru City is relatively satisfactory. This is supported by four attributes that have received favorable evaluation, adequate parking facilities, parking fees that are commensurate with the provided amenities, a smooth and accessible payment system, and reliable parking security. Nevertheless, two attributes have been identified as priorities for improvement, namely the availability of parking space and the initiative shown by staff in assisting users.
