Pengaruh Berbagi Informasi Dan Kualitas Informasi Terhadap Kinerja Usaha Melalui Keunggulan Bersaing Sebagai Variabel Mediasi (Studi Pada Umkm Mitra P2k2 Universitas Riau)
ABSTRACT
This study aims to determine the influence of information sharing, and information quality on business performance through competitive advantage as a mediating variable in P2K2 Partner MSMEs of the University of Riau. The population in this study is typical Riau food MSMEs in Pekanbaru. The sampling technique used in this study is a saturated sampling technique, which is a method in which all members of the population are included as respondents. This technique is applied because of the relatively small population, so that it allows all units in the population to be a research sample, and the number of samples is determined by a census formula approach, which is as many as 51 P2K2 Partner MSMEs of the University of Riau. The analysis method used in this study is Structural Equation Modelling (SEM). The results of the study with hypothesis test show that information sharing has a positive and significant influence on business performance. The quality of information has a positive and significant influence on business performance. Sharing information has a positive and significant influence on competitive advantage. The quality of information has a positive and significant influence on competitive advantage. Competitive advantage has a positive and significant influence on business performance. Competitive advantage mediates the relationship between information sharing and business performance.Competitive advantage mediates the relationship between information quality and performance.
