Analisa Faktor - Faktor Penyebab Downtim Pada Roller Table

ABSTRACT
The rollertable is a collection of rollers arranged to deliver timber from the debarking drum to the washing station. The transportation process uses a roller table and washing station equipped with a metal detector to detect iron that is still embedded in the wood. The purpose of this study is to determine how the roller table works in carrying out chip production as pulp raw material, knowing what factors cause downtime at the roller table. The data is obtained from the engineer process in the period December 2024 to February 2025 and displayed in graphical form. From the results of the study obtained the results of downtime that tends to occur during the period December 2024 to February 2025 is on process factors.
