Analisis Pola Transaksi Penjualan Produk Menggunakan Algoritma Eclat Pada Toko Ingat Selalu Tangerang
Toko Ingat Selalu Tangerang is a retail store that sells various building materials and furniture accessories. In meeting customer needs, the store often encounters difficulties in recommending complementary products that are likely to be purchased together. It also faces challenges in determining which products should be restocked or prioritized, as such decisions are frequently based on personal assumptions without analyzing actual sales patterns. This study aims to provide sales strategy recommendations based on the resulting association rules. The method used is association rule mining or market basket analysis by implementing the ECLAT algorithm to analyze sales transaction patterns. Through this analysis, the store can gain insights into the relationships between products, which can serve as a basis for decision-making in formulating sales strategies. The study produced 11 valid association rules in 2-itemset combinations and resulted in strategic recommendations for customer service, product placement, and stock management at Toko Ingat Selalu Tangerang.
