Evaluasi User Interface Dan User Experience Pada Website Sma Negeri 2 Bunut Dengan Metode Heuristic Evaluation

The quality of a website’s user interface and user experience greatly influences accessibility and user satisfaction. This study aims to evaluate the User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX) of the SMAN 2 Bunut website using the Heuristic Evaluation method, to identify existing weaknesses and issues, as well as to provide recommendations for improving the UI and UX design of the website based on the evaluation results, thereby enhancing user convenience and ease of access to information. The evaluation involved two expert evaluators and
30 respondents as supporting data. The results show that several heuristic principles, such as Match Between System and the Real World, received high scores, while principles like Help and Documentation, User Control and Freedom, and Error Prevention still require improvement. The recommendations include adding help features, more informative navigation, and user personalization to improve the overall quality of the website.
