The Great Farmer's Shop Program for Superior Products (PATAH PINGGUL) is an innovation designed directly by the Head of Rengat District to increase the income of agricultural sector actors in Rengat District. This study focuses on the suitability of the PATAH PINGGUL Program with the implementation of this program to farmer groups in Rengat District. The purpose of this study is to describe the suitability of the implementation of the Great Farmer's Shop Program for Superior Products (PATAH PINGGUL) in Rengat District. This study uses the concept of a suitability model from David C. Korten, which has three elements of program implementation (1) Suitability between the program and the beneficiary. (2) Suitability between the program and the implementing organization, and (3) Suitability between the beneficiary group and the implementing organization. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method with primary and secondary data from interviews, observations and documentation. The results of the research conducted showed that there was no conformity of this program from the three elements of program implementation, starting from not being in accordance with what was needed by the farmer group, there were two of the seven PATAH PINGGUL Program Implementation Teams that did not match the tasks required by this program and did not match the requirements set by this program with its direct implementation. The inhibiting factors were the attachment and habits of village farmers in Rengat District in selling their harvests to middlemen and were constrained by the PATAH PINGGUL outlet which was too small.
