This study aims to examine the effect of Self-Efficacy, Social Support, and
Achievement Motivation of 2015 undergraduate students in completing the thesis
of the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Riau. The population in
this study published students of S1 Accounting, Management and Economics
2015.
The data collection in this study used a questionnaire as an instrument to
prove the results of the study, to prove the hypothesis in this study using
regression analysis with the help of the SPSS program. The sampling technique
for this study used Proportional Random Sampling technique (90 students
majoring in Accounting, Management and Economics).
The results showed that: 1) Self-efficacy was negatively and significantly
related to student stress in completing the thesis of the 2015 class of S1 study
program at the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Riau 2) Social
Support was negatively and significantly related to stressful students in
completing the thesis of S1 study program class of 2015 at the Faculty of
Economics and Business, University of Riau. 3) Achievement Motivation has a
significant negative effect on student stress in completing the thesis of the 2015
bachelor study program at the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of
Riau. 4) Self-Efficacy, Social Support, and Motivation Significantly support
students of the 2015 undergraduate thesis program at the Faculty of Economics
and Business, University of Riau.
