Keanekaragaman Dan Analisis Hubungan Kekerabatan Mangga (Mangifera Spp.) Di Pulau Kundur Berdasarkan Karakter Morfologi

ABSTRACT
The diversity of mangoes in Indonesia is one of the important assets of germplasm
sources that need to be maintained. Diversity analysis is done to determine genetic
resources. Exploration of mango cultivars in the archipelago, especially Kundur
Island has never been done. This research aims to explore, identify, characterize
and analyze the diversity of Mango in Kundur Island based on its morphological
character. The research was conducted in Kundur Island, Karimun Regency, Riau
Islands from November 2020 to March 2021. The method used is descriptive
survey method. The data analysis used NTSYSTpc to look at mango diversity in
Kundur Island. The results of the field survey with the taking of 51 samples there
are 44 individuals of M. indica, 5 individuals of M. laurina, 1 individuals of M.
odorata and 1 individuals of M. lalijiwa. In the area of Kundur Island Mangifera
indica type is a type of mango with the most variety. Analysis of diversity using
morphological characters resulted in a similarity coefficient of approximately
0.35-0.92 with 3 main groups.
