ABSTRACT
Budget Plan on an infrastructure development is a calculation of the amount
of costs required for materials, equipment and wages, as well as other costs associated
with project implementation. The cost budget is the price of materials or materials,
tools and wages that are calculated carefully and carefully. The budget for the same
project will differ in each region, due to differences in the price of materials and labor
wages. This research will discuss the repair work of Suka Karya Road, Tampan
District, Pekanbaru City. which includes the work of division 3 earthworks and
geosynthetics, division 5 grained pavement and division 6 asphalt pavement. From
the calculations carried out for the work of division 3, division 5 and division 6, it can
be concluded that the total costs needed for repair work on Suka Karya Road,
Tampan District with a road length of 2.8 km, a road width of 6 m is Rp.
1.318.815.935. For each maintenance work cost, the routine maintenance cost is Rp.
242,640.65. For periodic maintenance costs of Rp. 73,980,324.68. For an increase in
maintenance costs of Rp. 466,748,108.
