Pengaruh Supervisi Akademik Dan Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah Era Digital Terhadap Peningkatan Kompetensi Pedagogik Guru SMK Taruna Pekanbaru

Pedagogic competence is one of the four competencies that must be mastered by a teacher in carrying out their roles and functions professionally. Pedagogic competence is the teacher's skills in carrying out classroom learning, including the ability to compose and develop learning programs, the ability to carry out the learning process, and the ability to carry out assessments and evaluations of learning outcomes. The quality of teacher pedagogic competence can be determined by several factors. Among these factors are the academic supervision and leadership of digital era principals together on the pedagogic competence of teachers.
This research process is carried out quantitatively, by using a questionnaire google form. The object of this research is SMK Taruna Pekanbaru, with a population of 61 teachers, through a non-probability sampling technique of saturated sample, meaning that the entire population (61 teachers) becomes the research sample. Validity test using correlation comparison with sig. 5%. While the reliability test uses Cronbach's Alpha s. Then hypothesis testing using simple linear regression and multiple linear regression.
After the instruments prepared were able to meet the requirements in the study, through classical assumption testing, a hypothesis test was carried out, to determine the influence between the variables of academic supervision and the leadership of digital school principals on the pedagogic competence of SMK Taruna Pekanbaru teachers. The results showed that there was a significant, positive and quite strong influence between academic supervision on teachers' pedagogic competence, as evidenced by the results of the T test of 3.671 > t table of 1.671 and the value of sig. 0.01 < 0.05. obtained a value (R) of 0.431, and the value of the coefficient of determination (R Square) of 0.186 or 18.6%. Next, based on the results of tests conducted between the leadership of the digital era principal and the teacher's pedagogic competence, the t count was 6.672 > t table 1.671 with a sig value of 0.00 < 0.05. Then based on the r test (determination) obtained a value of 0.656 with a coefficient of determination of 0.430. So it can be concluded that the leadership of the digital era principal has a significant, positive and strong influence on the pedagogic competence of teachers with a contribution of 43.0%. Likewise, when testing is carried out jointly between academic supervision and the leadership of digital era principals on pedagogic competence. TheF value is calculated 24,328 > F table 3,16. r test (determination) of 0.675, with a coefficient of determination of 0.456 or 45.6%. It was concluded that the influence of academic supervision together with the leadership of digital era principals on teachers' pedagogic competence was significant, positive and strong with a value of 45.6%.
The implementation of academic supervision has a significant impact on increasing the pedagogic competence of teachers. The pedagogic quality of a

teacher can be increased if there is a process of supervision and guidance carried out by both internal and external supervisors. the better the implementation of academic supervision, the better the teacher's pedagogic competence and vice versa if the implementation of academic supervision is not good, the teacher's pedagogic competence will be less good.
The leadership of the digital era principal is leadership who is able to manage and control the organization by utilizing information technology facilities in order to achieve organizational goals for improving the quality of education and responding to the challenges of the times. The better the leadership of the principal in the digital era, the quality of the pedagogic competence of teachers will also increase and vice versa if the leadership of the principal in the digital era is not good, it will have an impact on the quality of the pedagogic competence of teachers.
