Availability Traditional fishermen for 12 -15 hours go fishing to catch fish, and traditional fishermen are often faced with rapidly decaying fish problems. This condition causes the sale value of fish and fisherman income decreased. Fish captured by fishermen need to be stored in a cooler in order to remain fresh and durable up to the fish distributor. The main problem to keep the fish fresh, especially the small Fishermen is the problem of fish cooling. Currently, traditional fishing boats are still many who have not used electricity/ ac voltage. So in this design, the fish cooler is made using dc voltage. Place fish catch, can be stored in the storage box so as not to quickly rot during going to sea and can help the traditional fishermen. This artificial cooling design uses Peltier element and heatsink as cooling medium. This artificial cooling test takes cooling up to 6 hours. Testing of storage temperature ie From room temperature 35°C to maximum temperature 15ºC. This tool is designed automatically using a temperature sensor, if the temperature is set accordingly, then this tool will stop, because this tool is only as a medium of fish conditioning This tool can also be called alternative refrigerator. Because the shape is smaller and can be taken anywhere.
