Change the type and dimensions of the pile foundation of the stake from the square cross section 40 cm x 40 cm into pile foundation spun pile diameter 35 cm on the construction of region II office building of PT. This research aimed to analyze the power of axial and lateral bearing capacity pile foundation of data as well as analysis of the structure of the SPT to get a load on the foundation. Bearing capacity analysis of axial support of the foundation used the method of pile foundation Meyerhof method, Decourt method (1982), methods of Briaud et. al. and methods Shioi Fukui (1982). Analysis of the lateral pile foundation espouses bearing capacity stake using the software Lpile 2018 as well as analysis of the structure to get the load on the foundation uses software ETABS 2013. The results bearing capacity compared with PDA data Test and CAPWAP Analysis. As for the results of this research are espouses the bearing capacity of axial data NSPT1 from BH-01 amounted 813,1 kN capable of supporting his load 592,3262 kN evidenced from the PDA Test of 1270 kN and CAPWAP Analysis of 1197 kN. Lateral bearing capacity single data NSPT1 from BH-01 with deflection and moment of the mast by 25 mm and 39.8 kN.m result of lateral load amounted 70,37 kN meet deflection and moment allowed in pile foundation of 56 mm and 43.6 kN.m.
