The information system for borrowing rooms at the Riau University Postgraduate Program is not yet computerized and is still manual. Currently, the lending media still uses paper media, namely in writing and the data storage media uses books. The storage of these data does not yet utilize a database as a storage medium so it has many weaknesses, especially in terms of data errors. The data processing system is not well organized and causes many problems, allowing data corruption, data loss and irregular data. in the development of new information systems, databases have been utilized as data storage media. This is intended to reduce input errors. The Information System for Borrowing Rooms at the Postgraduate Program at Riau University is an Information System that can help manage information effectively, accurately and relevantly, in using rooms for lectures at the Postgraduate Program at Riau University. A functional lending system has been built, registration, room borrowing, viewing borrowing history, and adding rooms.
