Strategi Pengembangan Usaha Industri Kecil Keripik Pisang Di Kota Pekanbaru (Studi Kasus Nurasiah Bertuah)

This research aims to determine the appropriate development strategy to be applied to the Nurasiah Bertuah banana chips industry. To find out the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats that exist in the Nurasiah Bertuah banana chips industry. This type of research is quantitative descriptive research. The data sources used are primary data sources and secondary data sources and data collection techniques are carried out by means of interviews through questionnaires, through surveys, documentation and using pre-research letters from the Faculty of Economics and Business. The analysis method used is SWOT. The results of the SWOT analysis show that the Nurasiah Bertuah banana chips industry is in quadrant I (Aggressive Strategy). This Aggressive Strategy focuses on the SO Strategy (Strength Opportunities), namely a strategy that uses strength to take advantage of existing opportunities.
